This is the first day of my blog...I am hoping to share my ideas and plans to sew every day. Like most of my sewing friends, the frustration is that I have a lot of great creative ideas, but never enough time to get to all of them. Every trip to the fabric or craft stores adds to my boxes of ideas.
I'm hoping to share the
projects that get finished, a few half finished and some of the ideas that will just be ideas forever. And hopefully you'll share your great ideas, finished or not.

The Web is a rich source of inspiration and ideas, but there is only so much time to get to it all. Here's a Tooth Fairy Pillow I made for my granddaughter using a pattern from mmmcrafts.com. I used pink and white fleece and a 12" pillow -- the pillow arrived just in time for her front teeth to fall out! The challenge I gave myself was to sew something using fabrics and supplies from my stash and not make another trip to the fabric store. The project was so much fun, I made another pillow for her sister who is too small to have a loose tooth.
